Maggi Mayfield is a Los Angeles based voice actor and comedian. Her weekly open mic, The Challenge Mic, is now franchised and starting a branch in Indianapolis. She has traveled all over the country perfoming for clubs and festivals including The Sno Jam Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival and Laugh Riot Grrrl. Maggi is a self taught guitarist and accompanies her jokes with parody songs. She has opened for David Spade (Paradise Comedy Tour, Hawaii) David Koechner (Anchorman) and hosted Craig Robinson (The Office).  She co-produces Killer Unicorns, Comics N'Chaos and is the co-creator of Two Girls One Truck; a comedy tour delivering goods to those affected by natural disasters. 

Her podcast, YTunes Shuffle is getting national press, most recently on Sam Sedar's show "The Majority Report." She has just published her first book, "So You Want To Be A Voice Actor" and lectures frequently at The Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington Beach helping young students make their way in the world of broadcasting. She enjoys helping actors branch off into the world of voice overs and creates and produces customs demos to help them get started. Download her free eBook about how to get started in the business.

She is professionally trained at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC, The Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington Beach, CA, and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Latino Studies from The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Maggi has also studied the fine art of improv with Second City in Chicago.
